The parenting calls are a safe space to explore the uniqueness of your parenting journey and to raise awareness on the subtle aspects that contribute to behaviour, emotions, and well-Being for you and your child.
Monthly Subscription: $32 CAD/mth. The first call is complimentary.
The monthly workshops invite you to develop the skill of mapping your Family’s Energetics based on the topic presented each month. This is where you create a visual with pictures and key words to expand the picture of your reality as you reveal more to yourself of what is happening behind the scenes. This has the potential to bring to light one’s own limitations and where there are opportunities to redefine those limitations. In doing so, the parenting journey changes, it becomes a bespoke practice unlike any other that is aligned with Being Accountable for your family’s well-Being.

Parent Intensives
Clarifying Family Dynamics.
What if you had access to discovering why things are challenging within your family life? Whether you are personally struggling with challenges as a parent or facing obstacles between your children, there are solutions — they’re just not always visible.
During the Parent Intensive, you have the opportunity to examine the energetics of your family dynamics to reveal a Bigger Picture of what you’re dealing with. The conversation you have during a Parent Intensive brings more awareness to your current situation as you gain clarity on what is happening, and on why it’s happening.
Upon completion of the Parent Intensive, Holos Academe offers tailored support for parents to gain more stability while navigating the expansive landscape of your family’s circumstances. Through Private Consultations following the Parent Intensive, we explore precise practices and strategies that you can implemented daily as you progress through the challenges and remove obstacles no longer necessary to face.
This 90-minute online intensive is offered by Conversations with Spirit in collaboration with Holos Academe.

Once complete, we can set a time for the session, which includes you (and potentially your partner) as well as a representative from Holos, and facilitated by a representative from Conversations with Spirit.

Accessing more of your Big Picture can provide clarity and it can also be destabilizing as you integrate new information and continue to navigate your life. This is why, it is important to invest in cultivating stability from within through a self-practice that is tailored to you.
The curriculum consultations provide you with tools, resources and guided practices to expand your perspective, to redefine your limitations, and to show up fully in the world as the authentic You.
The future generations rely on a parent’s ability to model stability from within as they expand their awareness.
During a session with Stephanie, we explore:
-Adapting and adjusting educational philosophies or curricula to align to your child’s abilities, and interests while also addressing their challenges and obstacles.
-Strategies to support your ability to hold Space for yourself and your family.
-Triggers or limiting beliefs that you are willing to release.
Topics can include: How to make Space energetically and physically, Beingness, Presence, Spiritual Hygiene, Addressing Patterns and Belief Systems from a traditional paradigm, and Self-Discipline Practices.

What is Consciousness?
Consciousness plays a big role in one’s ability to Be present.
With so many distractions presenting themselves for children and parents, it can be easy to lose focus, get lost in one's thoughts, and get caught in repetitive patterns and behaviours.
You will become aware of the energetic mechanics required to access Presence and how to hold it for yourself and your family.
As Custodians, this group workshop highlights the big role You are here to play for the future generations.
This is a 1.5 hour workshop delivered online.

For parents who opt in to doing Syzygy Check-Ins for their children with Conversations with Spirit (CWS), you are welcome to share their Syzygy Check In recordings with Stephanie from Holos Academe for review in order to establish constructive steps forward as you identify the changes you and your family are preparing to make to further support your child’s/children’s progress. By reviewing the energetic dynamics in the recordings, Stephanie proposes a tailored protocol of support for you and your family. This tailored protocol includes a 1-hour follow up consultation with Stephanie, where together you expand on how the protocol addresses what surfaced in the Syzygy Check-In(s).

As the parents, you will be presented with a Well-Being Framework to support you in holding stability while executing the protocol provided through Bundle 1 and/or 2.
These follow-up sessions offer you strategies, tools, and resources to track your progress as a family You select the level of support that aligns with you by opting into once or twice per week. Each follow-up session is 1-hour.
