This is a guided meditation for children and their parents.
It is an invitation to Remember what You feel like. The words invite you to embrace your physicality as you bring awareness to the subtle aspect of You and Guide them to Be in their natural state as One- Human + Being.

Awareness of one’s Consciousness
Integration of Consciousness in the physical body
Considerations:
Parents are invited to listen to the meditation first with their children. Once the child is familiar with the meditation, it can be used as a tool to assist one to wind down before sleep, to regulate the nervous system after overstimulation, to start the day in presence, and when one is feeling or behaving in ways that doesn’t feel like it’s them.
