Your Summer Camp Guides

The Guides

One of the foundational concepts we express as Guides is to Be Present.

The Power we access in the Present can spark Transmutation. This is an alchemical process of converting one’s state into another form completely. At the level of the child, this can look like the transmutation of anger, disappointment, resentment, sadness, grief, into higher vibrational states such as Joy and Unconditional Love, through Music, Movement, and Creating.

In collaboration with Genevieve who will be leading the Musical Theatre component, Stephanie from Holos Academe, will be facilitating the visual arts component and guiding children to create and design their own Wings of Change that they will wear for their final performance.

Join us for this incredible and truly unique experience as we Guide children on an expansive Self-Discovery journey through the vehicle of the Performing Arts.

Horses are powerful mirrors for us to See what we cannot with our human eyes. In Part 2, children work 1:1 with horses inside and outside the arena and are Guided to allow any discordance to surface as they observe the subtle changes within them and around them.

This experience further opens up opportunities to step into graceful leadership and collaboration which are modelled to us by the herds. Children are invited to step into their Power by exercising their skills in non-verbal communication and Self-Awareness.

We are joined by a FEEL practitioner as we take our Self-study journey to they next level.

  • Guided metaphysical activities with a holos guide

  • Leading a horse

  • Grooming

Family Academic Night: ART

Each month we host an Academic Night focusing on a different area of study. This month it’s all about ART!

General Event Details:

This event is designed for families looking to expand their circle in a safe and trusting space for their children and for themselves while having a taste of our academic approach at Holos Academe.

During a Family Academic Night event, Holos showcases academic activities in one main area of study.  The academic activities are prepared to meet the different skill levels of the children ranging from ages 4-12. The best part is, you are welcome to participate in as many of the activities as your child would like, regardless of the level, so you can experience the scaffolded approach we take.  For example, we have prepared activities at the 8-10 age level and have had amazing contributions from 5 year olds when invited to participate.  No limits here!

The Family Night event is designed this way to provide you and your children with a shared experience. By sitting around an activity together, or playing an educational game of hop scotch, you may find yourself fostering more connection, trust and community building with ease and joy.

Homemade muffins, tea and Kangan filtered water will be available.

This is a FREE event.

There are limited spots. Register early to reserve your spot at connect@holosacademe.com.

Horse Connections

Being in the company of horses opens up a powerful opportunity for children to Be immersed in an elevated energetic space where the horses take on the role as Guide.

Communicating with horses cultivates a deep awareness of Non-Verbal Communication and Emotional Awareness. With the support of the horses and a Holos Guide, children are invited to develop their practices in these areas while developing a deeper understanding for the metaphysical concepts of stillness, awareness and Spiritual connection.

Through this introductory experience, children will also have the opportunity to explore and actively participate in Horse Care. This can include preparing feed and cleaning stalls. The ranch is set on rolling hills and forest trails providing a tranquil setting for reflection and nature walks after their session with a horse. Children are also invited to visit the neighbouring friendly alpacas.

DATES: February 11, 25, March 10, 24, 31
