The Guideasiam™
The Guideasiam™ is the platform where one decides to embark on a journey of Self-discovery to fulfill their role as Guides and Custodians to the next generation of Beings.
A Guide is someone whose Work is in Service to the children and is modelling Integrity and Beingness as they walk the path of Connection and Spiritual Embodiment. A Guide is aware of their innate abilities and Gifts and leverage them in this role.
Teacher/Educator —> Guide
A Custodian holds the responsibility of a Guide, in addition to the responsibilities embedded in the subtleties that come with bringing a Being into this world. It requires One to come from Knowingness in each decision they take so as to uphold a level of Integrity required for that particular Being to grow into their Role of Contribution.
Parent/Guardian —> Custodian
When One Steps Into either of these roles they are Being asked to play the game of life differently. They are asked to See a Bigger Picture. The Guide-as-I-Am offers Guidance for parents and educators to expand the perspective of their reality so that they have access to appreciating the subtle Space that plays a fundamental role for the future generation of Beings to live out the life they designed for themselves.
What does it mean to Step Into Accountability?
Every Being is responsible for their decisions. Their decisions have an outcome.
Custodians are Accountable to the children, the Beings they are here to Serve.
Each decision a Custodian makes, impacts the trajectories of the future generations to come.
The decision making process is an important skill to master BeCause it empowers one to bring awareness to the Cause and Effect of one’s decision making. It highlights one’s patterns, conditioning and programming to a high degree.
This is why Stepping Into Accountability takes Courage, Willingness and Trust.
Courage to come from the heart as you take a step into the unknown.
Willingness to redefine your life.
Trust in yourself that you have everything it takes to do it.

WHAT IS A GUIDE? A Guide is a model of the I AM, where the I AM represents one's embodiment of Spirit. Guides demonstrate a Willingness, Courage, and Trust to step into Self-study, where their connection to Source Divinely Guides them.
Guides use their observation of the whole child to co-Create a bespoke curriculum with the children based on their interests and natural abilities. By engaging in their own Self-study and reflective practice they Know that their own evolution is necessary for the evolution of future generations. Guides have an incredible responsibility to raise the vibrational frequency of the environment they occupy to create the optimal conditions for the children ‘s natural abilities and Gifts to emerge. They nurture, challenge, and empower children to express their Knowingness into the world.
IS IT YOUR CALLING? As we enter a New paradigm in education, we are resonating with individuals who have a Calling to Guide children. A formal teaching degree is not required, however, expanding on your experience and in what capacity you have worked with children is our starting point. Candidates who are eligible, are granted admission to the Guideasiam, which will provide the foundations for the metaphysical curriculum, as well as key strategies and tools to create an expansive space within Yourself as it reflects into the Space around you.

Preliminary interview questions will be sent to you and a preliminary energetic screening.
If it’s determined that there is alignment, you will be contacted for an in-person interview with the Admissions Panel which also includes and energetic screening.
A successful interview grants You admission into the Guideasiam. The Guideasiam's Self-study process is 1 year in length and includes practicums.
